The service
AlwaysIncoming provides AI call answering, appointment booking and related services according to your selected plan and agreed setup. You are responsible for providing accurate business information, routing instructions and booking rules.
Trial and pricing
14-day free trial. Setup fee applies when you continue. Starter is $398 per month with an $800 setup fee; Growth is $997 per month with a $1,500 setup fee. Enterprise setup and pricing are agreed individually. Extra calls are billed at $0.45 per minute. Confirm your selected plan and billing details with us before continuing.
Cancellation and your number
Cancel anytime by contacting us. There is no long-term contract. You keep your existing business number and forward calls to our service; human handoff is available through warm transfer. Contact us to arrange changes to forwarding or cancellation.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. You are responsible for any required caller notices, consents and permissions. Do not use the public demo for emergencies or sensitive patient information. HIPAA arrangements for healthcare are available on request and must be agreed before sharing protected health information.
Guarantee and estimates
Never Miss a Lead Guarantee: if we miss a lead, we work for free until it is fixed. Contact us to report an issue. Website examples and calculator outputs are illustrative, not promises of revenue, bookings or business results.
